Welcome to AM Design & Shop. By accessing or purchasing from this shop, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

Handmade & Custom Products

Many items sold in this shop are handmade, custom designed, or 3D printed in-house. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations, minor imperfections, or differences in color and placement may occur and are considered normal.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Customers are responsible for providing accurate personalization details, names, photos, colors, and shipping information at checkout.

Once production has begun on custom or personalized items, cancellations or modifications may not be possible.

Processing & Shipping

Processing times vary depending on the product and current order volume. Estimated processing and shipping times are listed at checkout but are not guaranteed delivery dates.

We are not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays
  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
  • Delays caused by weather, holidays, or shipping carriers

Customers are encouraged to verify all shipping information before placing an order.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom, personalized, and handmade nature of many products, all sales are generally final.

Returns or exchanges may only be accepted for:

  • Damaged items
  • Incorrect items received
  • Major defects caused during production

Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue.

Items may not be eligible for return if:

  • The item has been used
  • Damage occurred after delivery
  • Incorrect personalization information was submitted by the customer

Product Care & Safety

Customers are responsible for properly caring for purchased items.

3D Printed Products (PLA)

  • Hand wash only
  • Do not microwave
  • Do not place in dishwasher
  • Avoid excessive heat or prolonged sun exposure
  • PLA materials may warp under high temperatures

Rhinestone & Embellished Products

Please handle gently. While items are made carefully and securely, excessive force, water exposure, or rough handling may cause embellishments to loosen over time.

Colors & Display Variations

Actual product colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings, lighting, materials, and photography differences.

Intellectual Property

All product designs, images, mockups, branding, and content created by AM Design & Shop remain the intellectual property of the shop owner and may not be copied, reproduced, resold, or redistributed without permission.

Limitation of Liability

AM Design & Shop shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of purchased products.
